We went over the unit information and the assessment overview.
We researched internet sites that would be helpful in 2D design. We compiled a list within the class in a email and shared it among us.
I found these sites:
http://creativeeveryone.com : This website allows you to view exhibitions in the UK or the US. The site also helps you sort within a timeframe or place, search for a type of an event or a favourite theme or genre.
http://www.redsquareagency.com : Is a design agency but theyre website functions more as a blog with information of upcoming news and social events. This website has a laid back approach and gives you advice and info on some important aspects in design.
http://creativejournal.com : This website is a compilation of artists works that fit within a theme. The website shows high res images that are useful to gain ideas as most of the art pieces are abstract and very we executed.
I found each of these websites to have both 3D and 2D Help, that is why I struggled to find more websites solely depicting 3D design.
Here are a few images that I really liked:

Ah - this is your first week - but done in the second week. I told you it would get confusing. Computers are so inflexible aren't they?
ReplyDeleteAnyway - I like this blog.
What's with the Hall & Oates thing?
Creative Journal is my fav out of these.
